How to batch redact multiple PDFs

Anyone clearing a backlog — statements for an audit, HR files, a folder of invoices — hits the same wall with web PDF services: two tasks a day, size caps, or a subscription to unlock "batch."

The queue workflow

1. Open RedactSafe and select (or drop) all your PDFs at once.
2. The first opens instantly; the footer shows "Next document (N queued)".
3. Redact — auto-detect patterns, search-and-redact names, drag boxes, or black out whole pages — export, click next. No re-opening, no re-uploading, no counters.

Consistency across a batch

The same auto-detect patterns (SSNs, emails, phones, cards, IBANs, amounts, dates) run identically on every document, and the review list names each redacted word so you can verify each file before export. Review every page of every output — batch speed never replaces the final check.
