How to remove Social Security numbers from a PDF

Tax documents, loan applications, HR files, medical forms — SSNs end up in PDFs constantly, and forwarding them as-is is how identity-theft material spreads. Here's the fast, safe way to strip them.

Three steps

Why not just black it out in an editor?
